What I'm Loving Wednesday & Oh, How Pinteresting!!

I can't believe it's already Wednesday!!  This week has been flying by.

Time to link up with this kind of love for WILW and The Vintage Apple for Oh, How Pinteresting!

Here is what I'm loving this week...

We bought a grill this weekend.  Finally.  We have been grilling out every night since then, and it is awesome.  This is going to be most excellent for the summer.  Now, I just need to make some friends so that I can invite them over for a BBQ.

My top from Kiki La Rue came in the mail!  And I love it, but it ended up being a bit more tight-fitting than I had hoped.  Since it is a tunic I wanted it to fit bigger, so I'm exchanging it for the next size up.  Now, this isn't that big of a deal, but seriously - the customer service at that little online shop is amazing.  Since they have limited quantities of all of their things, I e-mailed the shop owner, Becka, to let her know I needed to exchange a size - she offered to hold the size I need until she receives my return so that nobody buys it in the wait time.  This seriously makes me want to buy so much more from them.  If you haven't checked out Kiki La Rue yet, please do.  You won't regret it.
This is the top I bought.  It's really well-made, too.

My Erin Condren life planner also arrived.  Holy cuteness!!  Their packaging is out of this world adorable.  I ordered a gift card, and it came with the most beautiful gift box to put it in.  Plus, they included a bonus of personalized labels.  I am in love.  I am already excited to order my planner for next year when the dates in this one run out.
Even the mailing box is adorable!!

I found a great pair of red jeans.  Did you know that they sell Rock & Republic jeans at Kohl's???  I sure didn't, but I'm glad that I know now!  I have been wanting to try out colored jeans, and these were the exact shade I wanted.  They fit just right, they were on sale, and I had a 30% off coupon from my Kohl's card.  It was like it was meant to be.  However, I have really skinny ankles and muscular legs, so I feel like crops make my legs look like drumsticks.  I'm still trying to figure out if I can pull them off or not, so the tags are still on.
Can I pull them off, or should I take them back?

I also bought a skirt.  I have had my eye on this beautiful skirt at Kohl's for a while now, but they sold out of my size right away (even online), and then it went on clearance and was sold out in most sizes (even online), so I figured it just wasn't meant to be.  Imagine my surprise when I found it on the rack in the store yesterday, in my size, on clearance for $20.  Obviously I bought it, and used my 30% off coupon on top of the already huge markdown.  Did I mention that I also had $10 Kohl's cash??  Kohl's has the best deals.
I really need to get a full-length mirror so I don't have to stand on the bathtub for outfit pics.

I just realized that this whole post is about shopping.  Oops.  I promise that I love other things, too, like my husband and my dog.  If this is your first time stopping by, please read some of my other posts so you don't think that I'm ultra-shallow or a shopping addict.

Here are some of my favorite pins from the week (click the picture to get to the source)...

Cookie dough baked oatmeal... yum!

Healthy chicken and broccoli alfredo (made with Greek yogurt!)

How to keep a falling zipper up - genius!

Handy guide for substituting olive oil for butter.
